After the fabulous show in 2006, MOTIONLAB is back on the mainstage of the UAF. This year's stage setup consisted mainly of a big LED wall in the background and about 40 cubes on the stage itself. The cubes could then be highlighted by light or by projection using mapping technology.

MOTIONLAB accompanied the live-acts and Djs with a dualscreen live visuals setup on the mainstage. 8 hours of fine tunes on 2 floors, accompanied by an incredible crowd and the cause made this night truly unforgettable.

This was our first MULTISCREEN live visual show ever. The most special part of the set design was the so-called ”maschine360”. 8 Screens, formed to an octagon, mounted on the main floor above the crowd. MOTIONLAB played mainly a so called "Tripple Screen Setup" (content resolution: 2160x576 pixels). 6 (frame synchronized) streams where mixed up in realtime by 3 midi triggered Edirol V4's to the beat of the music. We visualized the DJ set of Adam Freeland, making the masses move...

Drei Station

This video installation was created for the mobile company “Drei”. Based on the ideas of the Equaleyes Community, MOTIONLAB conceived and executed this interactive project. Random audience members (party-goers) were shot using video mobile phones, then those videos were immediately implemented and mixed real-time into the visual show to the beat of the music.

The particular of this installation is that party-goers are not just passive consumer of visuals, instead they can be a part of the show, sharing their emotions, thoughts and mood.
